In 2006, Kennington Capital was formed by Clayton Kennington as an affiliate of the Kennington real estate family to pursue additional real estate investments. Additionally, Kennington Capital maintains an extensive 3rd party property management firm through its affiliate, Kennington Capital Management. The company's real estate professionals have over 50 years of combined property management experience.
